Notes: I'd been playing squash the last few days, so this was my first run in a week. It felt more like a chore than anything else really. Didn't feel like running much, barely reached the 30min mark before I had to call it quits. The heat and the fact that I hadn't had a proper breakfast probably had something to do with it. I was sweating more than I've done in ages and I got a headache that hasn't worn off even 24 hours later.
