Return of the IBS?

I went through a period of digestive madness at LUMS (courtesy pre-LUMS stresses and PDC food) from 2005-2007. It got better after a year of IBS medication. In other words, I stopped throwing up. And now that I have settled into a work routine, I have realized it's not gone yet. The heavy duty stuff has gone, but the remnants..well, they remain. :S

I need to see a good gastroenterologist in Karachi. Crap.
